By using the services of this website, you agree to the following terms of service:

Eligibility:
To join LDS Singles Network, you must be:

• a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
• at least 18 years of age.
• legally single (for example, not in the process of divorce).

Acceptable Content:

• Your profile must contain only truthful and current information.
• You may not use any feature of this website except for Marketplace Classified Ads to promote any commercial venture. If you violate this rule, you agree to pay the owners of this website USD$1000 for each instance of violation.
• You may not use any feature of this website to transmit any:
  • material either explicitly or suggestively depicting anything contrary to the moral standards of The Church.
  • copyrighted material which you do not have the legal right to publish.
  • material which is illegal to publish for any reason.
  • information which would allow someone to contact you, except in areas only accessible to full-access members, such as chat rooms, personal emails, the full-access area of an interest group, etc. Examples of prohibited information include your full name, email address, website address, telephone number, pager number, street address, or information which would enable someone to discover any of these.
  • the address of any other website or other internet resource.
  • chain letters.
  • material which creates a hostile environment for other members.
• We reserve the right to edit or delete any information or photographs submitted to this website to bring them into compliance with these terms.

Copyright:

• Any reproduction, transmission, duplication or distribution of materials from this site other than those which you yourself have submitted without prior written consent is prohibited.
• You grant LDS Singles Network the non-exclusive right to publish any materials which you submit to this site. (NOTE: This does not include private information which is covered in our privacy statement below--that information will be kept strictly private).

Payments, Transfer & Cancellation:

• You may cancel your membership at any time by deleting your profile. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused time.
• You may not transfer your membership or account to any other person.
• You agree to pay $20.00 for any check returned for insufficient funds.
• We reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund for violation of the terms of this agreement.

Liability & Warranty:

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LDS Singles Network, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and owners for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from your use of the website.
• You agree that LDS Singles Network is not responsible for the actions of the members of this site.
• The services covered by these terms are provided as-is with no warranty either express or implied.

Miscellaneous:

• We may update the terms of this agreement at any time without notification by posting the updated agreement on this page (http://LDSSinglesNetwork.com/info/terms.php). By continued use of this website, you agree to the modified terms.
• You agree to pay all court costs and reasonable attorneys fees incurred by LDS Singles Network in order to enforce the terms of this agreement.
• Any failure on our part to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a forfeiture of our right to enforce such provision at a future time.
• This agreement will be construed under the laws of the State of Utah.
• If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

LDS Singles Network Privacy Policy

LDS Singles Network is sensitive to the privacy concerns of its members. It is our policy to operate in a manner that will protect your privacy. Specifically, are committed to the following:

• We will not disclose your name, email address, birthday, or any other information you submit which is not intended to be displayed in your profile to any third party unless required to do so by law.
• When you send a message to another member, your real name and email address will not be displayed in the message (unless, of course, you include them as part of your message).
